Ask Yourself Before Moving Forward
✔ Is my initiative aligned with impact, inclusion, and ethical practices?
✔ Do we have a clear mission and specific goals we want support with?
✔ Does my organization, initiative, or project align with Tapadik’s commitment to innovation, equity, digital inclusion, and responsible growth?
✔ Are we ready to collaborate, communicate clearly, and follow through?
✔ Can we commit time and a point person to implement recommendations?
✔ Do we value measurable outcomes, not just advice?
If you answered “yes” to most of these questions, you are likely a good candidate to apply.
What Pro Bono Consulting Means at Tapadik
Pro bono work at Tapadik is not a free-for-all service. It is a structured contribution of professional time and expertise, offered selectively to initiatives that demonstrate alignment, readiness, and potential for meaningful impact.
When we take on a pro bono engagement, we treat it with the same standards we apply to paid work: excellence, integrity, and accountability—with scope tailored to available capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of projects are accepted?
We support digital projects like web design, marketing, content creation, and training, prioritized by social impact and alignment with Tapadik’s values.
Is there a limit to the scope of services offered pro bono?
Yes. While we offer high-quality work, pro bono services are typically limited in scope to ensure we can support multiple organizations. We’ll work with you to define a focused project that delivers meaningful impact within a manageable timeframe.
Are there any costs involved?
Our time, expertise, and standard deliverables are provided free of charge. However, any third-party costs — such as domain registrations, hosting fees, paid software, ad spend, printing, or more— may apply and be covered by your organization. This will be discussed upfront.
How long does a project take?
Timelines vary—small projects take weeks, while larger ones, like site builds, may take months.
How often can an organization receive pro bono services?
We generally offer pro bono support to an organization once per calendar year, so we can extend our services to as many groups as possible. If your needs extend beyond the initial project, we’re happy to discuss ongoing partnership opportunities.
What if my organization's project isn't selected?
We receive many applications and unfortunately can’t accept every request. If your project isn’t selected, we’ll keep your information on file and may reach out for future opportunities. You’re also welcome to reapply during the next intake period.
Can organizations reapply?
Yes, but preference may be given to first-time applicants if demand is high.
